Context

We are committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements and providing a safe, secure, platform for all users. We will make no contract or hire third party service providers that have been involved in Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery (“HTMS”). We will conduct a reasonable (due diligence) background investigation on all vendors/agents/employees to facilitate and preserve an HTMS free ecosystem.

Policy Statements

We have developped effective Policies and Procedures (“P&P”) related to HTMS and utilize a proactive risk mitigation strategy. We will carefully monitor our platform for signs of HTMS. Additionally, we will proactively review and monitor financial transactions, emanating from or within our platform, for indications of HTMS related activities. Our reviews include, but are not limited to, money laundering (“ML”) related to HTMS activities. We will not employ or engage in a business relationship with any party who is, or has been, involved in HTMS related activities. We shall remove or disengage individuals or entities with direct responsibility for, connection to, or material support of any parties currently or previously engaged in HTMS activities.
